Serves as the liaison with other CMMI teams throughout the organization. Is responsible for monitoring project compliance with required processes and assists with resolving non-conformities. Performs audits/assessments (both formal and informal) to assist projects in their compliance with organizational CMMI-DEV processes Performs as the project’s industry standard process expert and demonstrates an expert knowledge of CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC, and ISO 9001:2008. Participates/leads general process improvement activities aimed at documenting, illustrating, and improving the customer’s processes. Provides expertise to the project and customer about federal IT software/systems development best practices (in areas such as IT management, risk management, business analysis, requirements, design, coding, testing, operations, maintenance, etc.).
